Installing Log Fires - aka "How we can save you £300."

If you wish to install a log fire, you will normally need to contact Building Control in your local authority area. They will send an inspector around to check the installation has been carried out in accordance with building regulations and to sign it off. This will add £300 on top of any other costs involved.

However, as a HETAS qualified company, we can sign off our own installations, without the need to involve Building Control, saving you the £300 cost of an inspection.
